Compact, Lightweight Cell Design with Powerful Capabilities
The Grace Instrument M7350 Ultrasonic Cement Analyzer (UCA) is designed to perform compressive, non-destructive strength tests on cement slurries under controlled conditions of temperature and pressure. During testing, the M7350 UCA transmits an ultrasonic pulse through a cement slurry sample. By measuring the length of time required for the pulse to travel through the sample, the M7350 software determines the compressive strength of the cement.

As the cement hardens, the pulse transit time becomes shorter, allowing the software to calculate changes in the compressive strength of the cement sample over time. This data is then collected into a customized database for comprehensive analysis, including comparison with data from previous tests. This data can also be easily exported in spreadsheet format.

The M7350's compact pressure vessel design withstands high pressure ranges. This durable, long-lasting cell is made from high-strength material, allowing it to remain much more compact than other cells with similar pressure ranges.

FREE Advanced Built-In and PC Software (Unique to Grace Instrument)
Advanced, easy-to-use software is included free with each unit. Both PC software and software preinstalled into the unit itself is unique to Grace Instrument.

Intuitive PC software is compatible with all versions of Windows.

Installation is easy. Simply install onto any desktop or laptop and connect to the unit. The unit can then be controlled automatically from the comfort of your own PC.

User-Friendly, Touchscreen Display
Conveniently control the unit via the front touchscreen display. The touchscreen is very easy-to-use. During operation, this LCD displays a convenient at-a-glance view of important running parameters such as pressure, temperature, compressive strength, calibration, stopping test functions, and more. The user has full control of local operations via the touchscreen. An internal local single board computer adds another layer of safety to the unit by automatically shutting down tests and/or the machine in case of overheating, overpressure conditions, or PC operating system errors (if user connects his or her own PC).

Strong Database Engine Allows for Comprehensive Data Searches and Management (Unique to Grace Instrument)
The M7350 software has a strong database engine that enables the user to conduct extensive searches and improve data management. Data is collected into a customized database for comprehensive analysis, including for comparison with data from previous tests. This data can be easily exported in spreadsheet format. This feature is unique to Grace Instrument.

Easy Cleanup and Maintenance
The M7350 features easy access to its inner components, allowing the user to easily clean and maintain the unit.

Innovative Technology Provides Efficiency and Dependability
Understanding and predicting the likely expansion or contraction of oil well cement during curing is tremendously important in maintaining the integrity of a well. By enabling the researcher to construct test sequences, analyze completed test results, and compare those results with previous results, the M7530 delivers a powerful analytic tool in one compact package.
