Easy Operation with Independent or Concurrent Heating and Rolling
The Grace Instrument M1750 Roller Oven provides a high-temperature environment and agitation for aging fluid samples. Compatible with laboratory use or in-field operation.

Determine Temperature Effects on Drilling Fluids
Corrosion-resistant materials are applied on both rollers and oven enclosure to ensure durability and machine quality. Digital temperature controller and preset safety temperature controller provides safe and reliable high-temperature conditions, up to 500°F. Delayed start, delayed stop, and immediate start can be set by programmable timer. Integrated voltage selector allows machine voltage requirements to be toggled between 115V AC or 230V AC.

Polysaccharide Derivative as an Additive in Olefin-Based Drilling Fluid

Drilling fluids based on inverse emulsion of brine/olefin were prepared on a Hamilton Beach mixer. Mixtures were then put in a Grace M1750 Roller Oven and went through an aging process to simulate wellbore conditions.
